1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Annual Investment Plan for Barangay system, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
2.2 Account Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current, and complete
- Not share your account credentials with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3. Use of the System
3.1 Permitted Use
You may use the system solely for lawful purposes related to barangay investment planning and management.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the system for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
- Interfere with or disrupt the system or servers
- Upload or transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious code
- Collect or harvest any information from the system
- Impersonate any person or entity
4. Data Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. All data collected will be used in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Your personal information will only be used for:
- System administration and user management
- Providing and improving our services
- Compliance with legal obligations
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the system, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Municipality of Lian and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Municipality of Lian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the system.
7. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the system after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the system at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
